What the heck is in there?

I would like fresh whole food straight from the garden
I would like to go to the grocery store and
not have to spend so much time reading nutrition labels
I can shop at the farmer's market 6 days a week
but I'd have drive around a lot
I'm not a gardener or grower of things
I want real food
I'm disappointed when I buy organic prepared foods
and they're so high in sugar or salt
I wish I liked to cook or was better at it!
I want to know what's in my food
but then sometimes not
There is so much crap in the food we eat!
I want real food!
